Our highly experienced patient support team consists of Medical Herbalist, Kim Stirling, and Medical Secretary, Caitlin Keddie. Together they support the wider CLAID practitioner team as medical secretaries, as well as guiding new patients through our triage process and ongoing clients with appointment bookings, administration, prescription and treatment plan queries.
